These terms apply to every order placed on Emeraa Official. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Packaging can change between batches. Product information is general guidance and is not medical advice. Always patch test new skincare, and speak to a doctor if you have a skin condition.
Prices and payment
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If a product was listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot reach you to confirm a cash on delivery order. If we cancel, any payment is refunded in full.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered in our shipping page and returns in our returns page.
Liability
We are not liable for reactions caused by using a product against its directions, or for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
