Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all seven emirates of the UAE.
How long does delivery take?
Orders in Dubai and Sharjah usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days. Other emirates take 2 to 4 working days. See our shipping policy for details.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over AED 150. A flat fee applies below that and is shown at checkout.

Products
Are your products original?
Yes. We only sell original products sourced from authorised suppliers.
Which products suit my skin?
Start with our shop by concern collections, or send us a message with your skin type and we will suggest a simple routine.
Can I use retinol and vitamin C together?
Use vitamin C in the morning and retinol at night, and always wear sunscreen during the day. If your skin is sensitive, introduce one active at a time.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened skincare unless it arrived damaged or incorrect. Read our refund policy.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us at abbasahmedc76@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund.
