Returns
You can return unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as ordered.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.
How to start a return
Email abbasahmedc76@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. Original delivery fees are non-refundable, except for damaged or incorrect items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the unopened item and place a new order.
